Who says fat is a flaw?

At our recent holiday 
with the BTLO's family,
Squeak was reprimanded more than once for being,
well,
fat.

To this, Squeak admonished:
"I'm not fat, I'm pooffy!"

But today, with thanks to our blogger friend
we found evidence that being a fat cat can be a benefit.

Oh, yeah, we read tehat story the other day. Poor kitty. So glad he was too heavy for the hawk and survived.
