New Camera

So,
she finally got her new camera.
She thought she'd take moving pictures of us,
but we didn't feel much like moving --

Yeah, we too
are pretty upset at her
for not letting us blog that much lately.

We'll be catching up!

Broken Camera

Well, hello friends.

Yes, we know we have been scarce.

First,

the BTLO had a bunch of company.

I, for one, don't mind company --

I love to sit in their laps, as opposed to

this bed.

But I also love my bed.

And now it appears we have another problem.

It appears she broke the camera.

Remember the bicycle we told you about in the last entry?

Yeah, that thing.

Well, it appears our BTLO was out riding on her bike,

and taking pictures,

and she dropped the camera.

So now you're getting pictures that were taken a couple days ago.

Hopefully we'll have this camera thing remedied

in the next day or so.

Taking Over The Computer

Where, oh where,

have we been?

You wonder --

Here I am, Squeak,

taking over the computer:

Well, I guess it looks like I was sleeping on it,

but I was actually trying to eat it.

I like to chew on things when I'm happy.

And I'm very happy because our Big Two Legged One (BTLO)

has finally decided to slow down long enough

to post a few recent pictures of us.

As you can see, it's almost as if we've been held hostage.
And what's worse,
is we've had two different groups of visitors -
that's right: on Saturday, we had one family disrupting our sleeping and eating patterns,
and then again last night we had another visitor.

And the BTLO has been going outside a lot --
she got herself a bicycle.

Now, honestly, how can this be better than a cat?

AAARGGGG!!!


So we've had to put up with each other.

Don't we look like two cats who just love to be together?

NOT!

Anyway, in the midst of it all,
the BTLO put up a new little bed in my attic,
and I've been digging it.

I promise --
I'll pirate the computer again,
soon.

Like tomorrow or Saturday.

Rainy Day

orchids & bee stings

Well, hello folks,

Pişi here,

reporting from orchid-side.

Our BTLO has been very proud

to have these orchids bloom --

she's been watering them for nearly two years,

and thought they'd never bloom again.

But look at this.

Pretty, eh?

She's so excited about it,

she's writing about them on both of her blogs.

We threatened to bite her

while she's sleeping

if she didn't write on our blog first,

though.

Oh, no,

Actually,

that idea of biting the BTLO while she's sleeping

was totally Pişi's idea.

I wouldn't bite her.

Our poor BTLO is suffering from another bite right now --

she was bitten, three times,

in the belly

by a yellow jacket bee,

and she just hasn't been very happy for the past couple days.

Not good for us!  She just itches herself,

and not us!

Hope she gets over it soon!
